You have brought spark into my reading habits and encouraged me to take out 4 books from my local library 2 days after getting on the app. I also somehow convinced at least 5 other people to join Pagebound. I have been CRAVING an app like this, since neither Goodreads or Storygraph do it for me. Book clubs are obviously an option, but I missed forums a lot. Well done on this work, it is gorgeous and very worth it.
Pagebound is the one app that brought back my joy of reading this summer! I really only use Pagebound and Bookmory to track my reading. With Pagebound, I share my thoughts and participate in unofficial book clubs with other people who have read the same book. With Bookmory, I can keep track of the books I read each month and track my reading sessions. I sometimes attempt to go back to Storygraph for the stats and charts, but I think I'm happy with these two apps!
I fuddled with all the other book apps for years but was never satisfied with the experience of either GoodReads, Storygraph, or Fable. This one is the one for me 💓 I downloaded the app SO FAST
I’m new to Pagebound and enjoying the reviews and forums. I use it to keep track if my reading journey. I would love to see you add an option to include more than one book in the what I’m reading section. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only reader who has more than one book going at a time.
It sounded like you had already put a book in reading. So you’d just do the same—click set status and then click reading. But definitely do what works for you! Lots of options out there :)
I love the idea of Pagebound which is why I downloaded the app after your first introduction. However, I haven't been able to cross load my Goodreads lists and the last few of my 180 for this year never got added.
So, with a heavy heart I'm closing out my account and will be delaying the application
If you mean your Goodreads library, we can only import the data that is provided, so if books are missing, that’s usually because Goodreads only provides one read date (not multiple) and other reasons you can find in our FAQ: https://support.pagebound.co/library_faq
In general though, we haven’t gotten any reports of the import not working. But yes, your call if switching is not worth the hassle! All love!

You can already mark many books as currently reading :) they’ll show up on your home page and horizontally scrollable on your profile page
Sigh, if only I could figure out how to do it. I may not last long on a site that’s not intuitive for me
